We are looking for individuals with a passion for landscaping, operating equipment, working outdoors, experiencing the sense of freedom and welcoming feeling while mastering the skill of landscape work and a keen eye for detail. Drivers License or Photo ID.

Doyle & McDonnell, Inc, is seeking Skilled Landscape Laborers to join our team in Berwyn, PA. We are an Established, Main Line Company, that provides a host of Landscape Services. Your position is Vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes for clients.

You will experience the thrill of successfully completing a landscape project beginning to end realizing then you will realize the Exhilaration and Pride of your finish project.

Pay Range: Starting at $17+ per hour

and Commensurate with Experience and License/ID

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:45 am – 3:15 pm

(start early but end early) off traffic schedule

Optional Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Working with team members on your own crew, tasked with completing projects
  • Performing a variety of landscaping duties such as planting, edging, mulching, and pruning, seasonal décor, low voltage lighting, mowing maintenance, seeding, sodding, grading and skilled on the job training provided
  • Operating and working with a variety of mechanical equipment
  • Driving and operating pickup trucks, dump trucks, chipper
  • Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve project goal

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in landscaping or a related field and working in teams
  • Ability work outdoors in various weather conditions within reason
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license or photo identification and reliable transportation
